Due to the time and extreme care required, it can take up to a year to assemble the perfectly-tailored excursion to Africa.  This is mostly due to preferred accommodations being fully booked 12+ months in advance.

• Sending our initial questionnaire, which collects your interests, needs, timeline, concerns, and budget before:

• We offer suggestions and share experiences as we all get to know each other better.  We compile individualized proposals for your review and further discussion until we select and finalize your itinerary.  Your safari is then confirmed by a 20% non-refundable deposit.

• From there - get excited in the interim!  We share a plethora of info about the countries, weather, travel expectations, packing lists, and more.  We'll be in contact appropriately as your trip draws nearer.

• From the moment you arrive and disembark the plane, you are personally met and will be looked after your entire journey.  As your safety and satisfaction is of utmost importance, we are in constant contact with our local partners to ensure this.

with personalized service and well-trained, experienced guides.  As a guideline, these extraordinary journeys begin at roughly $1,000

per person per day, which typically includes all inter-trip flights, road transfers, meals, drinks, and tours if applicable.
